- Loan Limit : 80% of valuation of the mortgage property
- Loan Tenure Duration :36 Months (Renewal after 3 years)
- Processing fees : 1% + 18% GST
- Penalty Charges : 2% (if closed before 1 year)
- Type of Loan :Cash Credit / Overdraft for Builders.
- Purpose :Working Capital
- Repayment :On demand (renewable every three years).
