OneStack is doing the following activities:-

  • Sending weekly messages of the app link and QR codes to the Bank's customers.
  • Monthly MIS and Virtual Calls with all the Key Stakeholders
  • Dashboard and App Training for all the Branch Managers.
  • Bank can also do the following activities:-

  • Send the Customer's Mobile Nos. We will send them the messages so that they can download the App
  • Send the Customer's KYC data. We will generate the UPI/QR so that they can start using it.
  • Send weekly messages to your customers for application promotion.
  • Distribute QR Standees to Bank Customers. (QR PDF is attached in the email)
  • Create WhatsApp Group of customers and Send Regular updates about the App and its functionality.
  • Ask visiting customers to install the app and start using it.
  • Offer a Bank Branded soundbox to your customers like phonepe & Gpay. (Image Attached)
  • Put Mobile App Link on Website and Social Media.
  • Posters in all Bank branches with App Download QR Code.
  • Upload the posters (shared by OneStack) on your Social Media Pages.
  • Ask Bank Staff to Call or Visit Customers to Promote App.
  • Organise an Event to promote the App and UPI/QR.
  • Create Customers Testimonial Pictures and Videos to promote on Social Media.
  • Add App link in all SMS sent by Bank
